Support the conceptualization and prioritization of strategic logistics initiatives within the Product and Technology Portfolios for Sodimac, thereby impacting established KPIs. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Omnichannel Logistics Manager to conceptualize the digital product strategy for the Supply platform. * Support the conceptualization and prioritization of strategic logistics initiatives within the Product and Technology Portfolios for Sodimac, thereby impacting established KPIs. * Co\-create, together with product teams and relevant stakeholders, the corporate digital evolution in logistics — transforming our operations to become the most reliable, efficient, and fastest in Latin America — including its strategy and planning. * Conduct digital benchmarks in logistics, incorporating industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities and provide inputs for strategy conceptualization, aligned with KPIs and customer needs. * Analyze diverse information sources (market, competitors, performance results, customer voice, digital feature performance) to identify opportunities for refining the strategy and defining digital opportunities for first- and last-mile logistics. * Channel Sodimac’s digital strategy to various portfolio cells and other relevant stakeholders. Identify and socialize strategic and corporate pain points and opportunities with the Portfolios. * Support channeling local team pain points and opportunities to the Product Portfolios. * Support final prioritization of Sodimac initiatives across Portfolios (cross-platform). * Evangelize a methodology where needs are identified based on problems, value hypotheses, impact/metrics — not specific solutions.
