A company present in over 60 countries, part of the Logistics and Transportation Services division, dedicated to providing Passenger Handling, Ramp, and Air Cargo services outside airport premises, is seeking new collaborators to join our operations. **What Are We Looking For?** A "Training Analyst" to join our team of collaborators, with availability to work on-site at Arturo Merino Benítez Airport (Pudahuel). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **JOB OBJECTIVE (Job Mission):** To control and coordinate employee training processes in accordance with operational requirements, aviation authority standards, international requirements, client requirements, and current legal regulations. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:** * Track expiration dates of current staff training. * Ensure all personnel receive training appropriate to their position and functions. * Ensure compliance with regulatory courses as mandated by the aviation authority. * Maintain records of delivered training. * Generate management indicators. * Perform any similar activities as required by management. * Ensure customer satisfaction based on knowledge and understanding of guidelines contained in the Quality Management System Policy and Objectives. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for growth within a multinational company. * TPA Transportation Card for free bus transportation to the airport. * Supplementary health insurance. **Requirements:** * Experience administering general or training processes for at least two years; experience with OTEC/OTIC preferred. * Education (Degree and Institution): Technical degree or prior experience of at least two years administering general or training processes or similar. * Other Requirements: Intermediate Office skills.
