We seek a person passionate about logistics, with leadership capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement to strengthen our operations. Your primary objective in this role will be to supervise warehouse processes and resources (both human and technical), ensuring high standards of productivity, service level, and safety—directly contributing to the achievement of management’s strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** **Operational Supervision:** Lead cargo arrival, receiving, and dispatch processes, reporting any irregularities to maintain operational excellence. **Service Management:** Coordinate daily operations and return routing (Reverse Logistics), ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Management Control:** Monitor and manage key warehouse KPIs, handling contingencies and internal/external customer requirements. **Team Leadership:** Manage a team of approximately 25 people, overseeing attendance and development, while promoting a risk-prevention culture through safety talks and training sessions. **Asset Care:** Ensure order, maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment to control losses and incidents.
