Position Summary: The Insurance Operations Analyst manages insurance operational processes, including enrollments, cancellations, premium collection, and commission tracking, interacting with insurance companies to ensure proper operational management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily, weekly, and monthly insurance-related processes. 2. Administers premium collection and handles refunds to members. 3. Controls accounting accounts and coordinates monthly commission payments. **Insurance Operations Analyst** The Insurance Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of operational processes related to insurance products offered by the Cooperative. This includes managing enrollments, cancellations, collections, member refunds, and monthly commission tracking. In addition, the analyst must interact with insurance companies to ensure correct production and operational management. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure accurate execution of daily, weekly, and monthly insurance-related processes. * Monitor member enrollments and cancellations in the system. * Administer premium collection and manage refunds to members. * Perform necessary accounting entries for payment and refund processing. * Ensure accurate calculation and payment of monthly insurance commissions. * Control assigned accounting accounts to ensure sound financial management. * Receive and monitor rescissions reported by insurance companies, providing appropriate responses. * Manage and reconcile the insurance portfolio for submission to insurance companies. * Respond to insurance-related inquiries received through various channels (email, SAE, CMR). * Participate in meetings on insurance-related topics. * Manage and track payments from insurance companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** University graduate or Higher Technical Professional in fields related to financial institutions, administration, or accounting. **Experience**: 2–3 years in similar roles, preferably in operational areas of banking or financial and insurance institutions. **Knowledge**: * Accounting and analytical skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and Python. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
