This role combines operational excellence with strategic workplace initiatives, overseeing both hard and soft services to create an environment that enhances productivity, employee satisfaction, and organizational culture. Your role will be instrumental in advancing JLL’s business objectives while maintaining cost-effective operations that demonstrate measurable value to our clients and establish new standards of excellence in facility management. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Oversee all aspects of the facility, including building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety), space planning, and environmental controls to ensure smooth daily operations * Manage vendor relationships for hard services (mechanical systems, structural maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, catering, reception, landscaping), establishing and maintaining service-level agreements * Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design spaces that reinforce organizational culture, implementing wellness programs and coordinating events that enhance the employee experience * Develop and administer comprehensive facility budgets covering operational expenses, capital improvements, and service contracts, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards * Lead on-site facility teams and coordinate with external vendors, fostering a service-oriented culture that prioritizes occupant satisfaction * Implement data-driven approaches to continuously measure performance through key metrics such as satisfaction scores, cost per square meter, energy efficiency metrics, and response times * Contribute to strategic workplace initiatives including space utilization analysis, sustainability programs, and technology integration supporting organizational goals **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with strong experience in facility management * 5–7 years of proven experience in facility management within corporate environments, managing both hard and soft services * Demonstrated experience managing building services (mechanical systems, maintenance) and support services (cleaning, catering, reception) in offices of similar scale * Strong team leadership skills with proven ability to manage relationships with multiple external vendors * Experience in developing and managing facility budgets, including operational expenses and capital improvement projects * Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and ability to implement data-driven continuous improvements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** * Professional certifications such as Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or other industry-recognized credentials * Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and technology platforms for facility optimization * Knowledge of sustainability programs and energy efficiency initiatives applicable to corporate office operations * Prior experience in the commercial real estate sector or understanding of specific needs of corporate clients * Proven skills in space utilization analysis and strategic workplace planning * Demonstrated ability to drive service excellence while aligning with organizational culture goals * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards relevant to facility operations If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
