This position will be based in Chile. At Marsh, we seek candidates for the following role: **Senior Analyst – IT Support** **You will be responsible for:** * Providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support, including Windows, Office platform, equipment setup, and MMC programs. * Managing equipment, such as inventory and ticket tracking. * Regional/global initiatives and projects. * Onboarding and training new team members. **What do you need?** * Education: Graduates in IT-related fields (preferred). * 3 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support roles. * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. * Intermediate to advanced English (MANDATORY). * Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) user account administration and ITSM systems such as ServiceNow. **What makes you stand out?** * Strong communication and client relationship skills. * Proactive attitude and organizational ability. * Analytical thinking, teamwork, and empathy.
