This role plays a key part in coordinating on-site teams, contractors, and resources required to achieve each project’s objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise **construction execution**, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and scheduling. * Coordinate on-site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in the projects. * Monitor progress, costs, resources, and productivity, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. * Review drawings, construction procedures, and technical documentation, coordinating solutions to on-site challenges. * Ensure compliance with **quality, safety, and risk prevention** standards during execution. * Coordinate with technical offices, engineering, procurement, and administration to maintain workflow continuity. * Prepare progress reports and update management on project status, risks, and key requirements. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering**, or related field. * **5 to 8 years of experience** in construction project execution and supervision. * Experience leading on-site teams and coordinating contractors and subcontractors. * Knowledge of construction planning, cost control, scheduling, and resource management. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Knowledge of safety, risk prevention, and quality control in construction. * Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
