We are seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join our commercial team, contributing to customer portfolio control and ensuring efficient collection management that supports the company’s financial objectives. Job Objective:
To be responsible for analyzing the accounts receivable of the Ariztía Holding, performing collection activities, resolving discrepancies, and payment reconciliations, with the goal of maintaining control over the overdue portfolio and ensuring proper administration of customer current accounts. Key Responsibilities
Manage collections for the assigned customer portfolio.
Follow up with delinquent customers and manage the regularization of pending payments.
Negotiate payment commitments and monitor their fulfillment.
Control blocked customers and conduct follow-up for processes related to DICOM or claims.
Analyze and resolve pricing discrepancies, returns, and advertising-related charges associated with customers.
Maintain active and overdue customer current account reports at a detailed level.
Perform account reconciliations with customers.
Reconcile payments and keep the financial information of the assigned portfolio updated.
Generate analytical and management reports related to overdue portfolios and performance indicator compliance. General Information
**Location:** La Cisterna.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:25 hrs; Friday until 16:30 hrs.
**Work Modality:** Hybrid.

Requirements
**Academic Qualification:** Higher Technician in Business Administration, Auditor Accountant, or Commercial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections departments. (Mandatory)
Experience in mass-consumption companies, retail, or large supermarket chains would be an advantage.
**Specific Knowledge:**
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (Mandatory).
Proficiency in Office 365 and its functionalities (Mandatory).
ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
Power BI experience (Preferred).
Tax knowledge related to Credit Notes.
