Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Platform Administrator to ensure continuity of critical IT services by monitoring and managing batch processes and resolving incidents in high-availability environments. Experience with Linux, Unix, AIX, and mission-critical 24x7 environments. We are looking for an **Operational Platform Administrator**, a professional focused on ensuring operational continuity of critical IT services, with experience in monitoring, batch process administration, and incident resolution in high-availability environments. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity of critical platforms, monitoring and managing batch processes, technological infrastructure, and logistics platforms, guaranteeing compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational stability. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor critical platforms and identify incidents or service degradations. * Administer batch processes using **Control\-M**, executing reprocessing and resolving execution failures. * Manage alerts and perform preliminary root cause analysis. * Execute operational procedures and contingency plans. * Monitor logistics platforms based on **Manhattan WMS** (desirable). * Supervise Linux and AIX servers, verifying service availability and connectivity. * Coordinate and escalate incidents with internal teams and vendors. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. * Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation. **We seek professionals with experience in:** * Linux (preferably SUSE), Unix, and AIX. * Control\-M or equivalent job scheduling and planning tools. * Crontab and Shell Script. * Monitoring tools such as Nagios. * Basic SQL queries. * Incident management and operational support. * Mission-critical environments and 24x7 operations\. **Nice-to-have experience includes:** * Manhattan WMS. * Logistics processes and distribution centers. * Wave management and logistics integrations. **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in critical IT operations. * Experience in monitoring centers, NOCs, operations desks, or infrastructure support. * Experience administering Control\-M or equivalent tools. * Experience working in high-availability environments and meeting SLA requirements. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:30 hrs. * Friday: 08:30 to 16:30 hrs.
