Responsible for the efficient management of human, material, and equipment resources, guaranteeing optimal project progress within established timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute pipeline discipline projects, with emphasis on steel and HDPE liner, ensuring efficiency at each construction phase. * Distribute and manage equipment, materials, and personnel efficiently, optimizing time and costs to meet project objectives. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client’s construction counterpart and the Project Technical Inspector (ITO), ensuring alignment with client requirements. * Participate in internal coordination and planning meetings, as well as those with the client; lead communication initiatives, effectively influencing and communicating while reinforcing on-site personnel behaviors. * Participate in requesting and controlling resources required for task execution. * Verify that Supervisors and/or Foremen prepare all required documentation prior to work commencement. * Maintain fluid communication with QA/QC, SSOMA, Logistics, HR, Warehouse, CORE, Engineering, and Planning & Project Control to ensure proper project execution and resource availability. * Ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations in the industry, applying best practices in safety and operational efficiency. * Participate in company-provided training courses. **Requirements:** * Bachelor of Engineering, Higher Technical Degree, or Intermediate Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Civil Works, or related field. * 3 years as Engineer or Higher Technician / 5 years as Intermediate Technician. * AutoCAD\-office * Knowledge of pipeline systems, with emphasis on steel and HDPE liner.
