This opportunity is aligned with **Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion**. ### **Position Objective** Support the Information Technology department by eliciting, organizing, and documenting processes, thereby contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of departmental information. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Gather information from technical teams and users. * Document simple operational procedures and workflows. * Create and standardize documentation formats and templates. * Draft technical instructions and operational manuals. * Update and version existing documentation. * Support internal IT department audits. * Consolidate information for operational reporting. ### **Requirements** * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Word and Excel**. * Ability to organize and manage documentation. * Writing and communication skills. * Interest in processes and documentation is desirable. ### **Conditions** Work Modality: **Remote** (occasional in-person presence in Santiago, if required) Work Schedule: To be determined If you are interested in developing your career in an environment that promotes **labor inclusion and diversity**, we invite you to apply.
