Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Supervisor to lead sales and operations teams in the textile industry, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Integrated Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles within Retail stores (mandatory) to comprehensively supervise and lead sales and operations teams in the Zone. You will report directly to the Own Stores Management. Your Primary Mission Your objective will be to ensure achievement of commercial, operational, and customer service objectives through on-site support, efficient human resource management, and effective communication with internal departments and sales points. Key Responsibilities As an Integrated Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * On-Site Supervision: Weekly supervision of promoters, shelf stockers, and own stores, ensuring order, hygiene, and safety. * Team Leadership and Goal Management: Informing and motivating the team regarding sales targets, closing target reviews, providing monthly feedback, and monitoring proper attendance tracking and recording. * Operational and Administrative Management: Preparing reports for salary payments and contract renewals; authorizing vacations and product changes. You will also review petty cash and change funds monthly and confirm daily cash deposits in-store. * Training and Store Openings: Training and reinforcing store managers on systems; participating in inventory counts; opening/setting up new stores. * Communication: Maintaining smooth communication with floor supervisors in Retail stores and with your manager regarding staff-related incidents or performance issues. Essential Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions in Retail stores (mandatory). * Knowledge: Proficiency in Retail KPIs (mandatory) and intermediate-level knowledge of Excel and Office (mandatory). * Skills: Experience in sales and team leadership (required), strong communication skills, and goal orientation (required). * Familiarity with commercial management platforms is desirable.
