Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate public and private tender processes. Analyze administrative and technical bidding documents. Prepare and supervise documentation required for submissions. Coordinate internal departments for the proper preparation of proposals. Monitor awarded tenders and tender status updates. Maintain relationships with clients and tender platforms. Requirements: Professional degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience leading tender processes. Proficiency in platforms such as Mercado Público. Knowledge of preparing technical and administrative proposals. Proficiency in Excel and Office tools.
