Supporting the Compensation Department in organizing and archiving folders containing employment contracts, addenda, payroll settlements, overtime agreements, right-to-know documents, internal regulations, etc. Assisting the HR Analyst in preparing informational sessions for workers regarding employment contracts, compensation, and internal regulations. Assisting the Supervisor and/or Shift Manager in preparing safety-related informational sessions for internal workers.· Requirements Secondary education; mid-level HR Technical Professional qualification.
