Positive and collaborative team environment. 3. Proactivity and commitment. Cafetería Vergara & Resto is looking for a SUPPORT COOK to join our kitchen team in Quilicura. We seek a responsible, organized, clean, proactive individual with proven experience in cooking, food production, or gastronomic service. Location: Raimundo Romo 393, Quilicura. Work Schedule: 42 hours per week, on-site mode. Working Hours: Schedule alternates between short week and long week. Short week: Monday to Friday. Long week: Monday to Saturday. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Benefits: Lunch and meal break provided by the establishment. Variable weekly tips. Compensation: Approximate gross monthly salary: $775\.000\. Approximate net salary near $620\.000, subject to applicable legal deductions. Additional variable weekly tips. Main Responsibilities: * Full mise en place and daily production. * Execution of recipes. * Support for daily menu. * Taking orders and assisting service. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the area, equipment, and utensils. * Cleaning and organizing the storage room as required. * Receiving and inspecting raw materials. * Reviewing supplier orders as required. * Supporting quality control of products. * Following instructions from the head chef and supervisor. * General support in kitchen operations. Requirements: * Proven experience in cooking. * Verifiable references. * Responsibility, organization, and cleanliness. * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Speed, proactivity, and commitment. * Availability and flexibility to cover PM shifts or closing shifts when operationally required. Tips: Kitchen staff currently receive 15% of the total tip pool, distributed proportionally based on hours worked, attendance, and team staffing levels. Tips are paid weekly.
