Your focus will be on understanding and explaining results—not merely reporting them. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze financial results and identify variances * Participate in financial and cost closing processes * Lead budgeting and forecasting activities * Analyze production costs and operational efficiency * Evaluate product and project profitability * Generate local reports and reports for headquarters * Build dashboards and analytical tools (Power BI) * Coordinate with departments to develop business understanding **Requirements** **We are looking for a candidate who:** * Is highly analytical and curious * Can transform data into insights * Is comfortable collaborating across multiple departments * Is interested in BI tools and automation * Is organized, autonomous, and results-oriented **Requirements:** * Certified Public Accountant, Commercial Engineer, or Civil Engineer * 3 to 5 years of experience in management control * Preferred experience in industrial companies * Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI * Interest in data analytics and artificial intelligence **Additional Information** **Terms and Work Environment** * Initial fixed-term contract (**3 months**), renewable for a further term or converted to an indefinite contract based on performance. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30; Friday, 08:00–16:00. * **100% on-site work** at the plant. * **Lunch** provided at the corporate cafeteria. * **Parking** available inside the plant. * Job stability, a safe working environment, and internal development opportunities.
