The role requires constant coordination with Product Owners, the Deputy Directorate, and the Directorate to ensure visibility and smooth management of ongoing projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the project award and formalization process—from award notification through agreement signing. * Monitor project technical and financial execution in real time, ensuring documented traceability (Gantt charts, budgets, payments, milestones). * Lead financial execution: procurement, fee payments, service orders, and personnel hiring. * Control technical, administrative, and financial reporting documentation, ensuring zero delays. * Manage technical\-administrative closure, consolidating final documentation, reports, audits, and re-imbursement processes. * Generate consolidated reports for the Deputy Directorate and Directorate, providing updated and clear information on each project’s status. * *At UNAB, pluralism is a hallmark of our educational approach, calling us to foster spaces that promote recognition of diversity, respect, and tolerance toward others.
