YOUR ROLE Supervise operational activities of the unit, monitoring tasks and process indicators to ensure operational effectiveness within contractual standards and contribute to continuous improvement and superior organizational performance. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Conduct short- and medium-term strategic planning with constant monitoring to reduce costs and optimize work routines. Analyze in-transit trips and take action in case of unforeseen events. Manage contracts through daily follow-up with direct responsible parties. Support the finance department when contract payment delays occur. Prepare decennial cost forecasts for contracts. Visit contract sites. Prepare KPIs for the previous month. Prepare the work plan for the current month. Prepare departmental reports and supervise the transportation team. Comply with Compliance and Ethics standards. Adhere to risk prevention, safety, hygiene, and quality standards as stipulated by company policies and applicable legal regulations. Other duties assigned by your direct supervisor. REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Logistics or related field. Advanced MS Office proficiency (mandatory). Experience in people management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Financial knowledge. English proficiency preferred (not mandatory). Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Personal transportation. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
