Job Summary: Responsible for managing technical resources and leading the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective implementation of services for Clients. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for managing the technical resources within your area and, consequently, responsible for your team’s implementation of Client services—ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness. **Some of Your Responsibilities:** * Establish a catalog of services your team can implement, specifying effort and duration for each activity. * Collect metrics and performance data regarding the delivery of projects assigned to your area. * Ensure compliance with SLAs/OLAs for committed projects, taking necessary actions to meet them. * Develop and maintain your team’s technical competencies/skills aligned with identified needs in the product catalog and required for project implementation. * Manage team knowledge and potential to leverage their strongest aptitudes toward achieving effectiveness and efficiency in Client service delivery. * Appropriately allocate resources to execute projects on time, as specified, and with quality. * Identify deviations and non-compliances, propose improvements to eliminate root causes of inefficiencies, and collaborate with the team to develop standards for faster, error-free implementation. * Communicate organizational policies and procedures to the team. Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a closely related field. * Minimum 6 years of experience in similar roles, including at least 3 years leading technical and security teams in corporate environments. **You Would Be Even More Outstanding If You Have:** * Advanced knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide and PMI standards. * Advanced technical knowledge in IT, Communications, or Cybersecurity. **Requirements:** 6 years of experience in IT Informatics, Computer Science, Electronics, IT Management, Electrical Engineering, Telematics, or Networking. Knowledge of secure IT architecture design.
