Responsible for leading teams, managing resources, and coordinating contractors to contribute to the efficient and safe development of field operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and control short- and medium-term work execution. * Coordinate resources, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards. * Monitor progress, productivity, performance, and resource utilization. * Manage technical documentation, progress reports, and management indicators. * Coordinate with Technical Office, Quality, Risk Prevention, and Surveying departments to ensure proper execution of works. * Identify and promptly resolve interferences, operational constraints, and technical contingencies. * Lead operational meetings and promote continuous improvement in construction processes. ### **Key Functions** * Schedule crews, equipment, and materials according to production requirements. * Supervise critical activities such as excavation, ground support, concrete pouring, reinforcement, and assembly. * Monitor performance, progress curves, and adherence to planning. * Verify compliance with work permits and safety protocols for high-risk activities. * Coordinate on-site material supply and logistics. * Ensure technical and documentary traceability of executed works. * Actively participate in quality management and progress status control. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Construction Technician, Civil Constructor, Construction Engineer or related field**. * Minimum **5 years of experience supervising civil works**, preferably in complex infrastructure or underground engineering projects. * Experience leading field teams and coordinating contractors. * Proficiency in **MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6**. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation, production control, quality, and operational safety. * Valid Class B driver’s license. ### **Competencies** * Leadership and team coordination. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Problem solving. * Effective communication. * Collaborative work. * Ability to work in high-operational-demand environments. **Seize the challenge.
