Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **QA Analyst** for the **Technology** team in **Santiago, Chile.** ***Mission:*** * Ensure software quality by recommending best practices and methodologies in software quality assurance and certification; coordinate with all stakeholders involved, including functional leaders and users, outsourcing certification providers, internal and external (outsourcing) development analysts, and IT infrastructure and support staff across all offices and departments. * Apply and develop best practices and standards for authoring and validating test scripts for software quality. * Enhance the efficiency and reliability of the quality assurance process through continuous automation of functional and technical tests. * Validate that implemented solutions comply with quality, performance, architectural guidelines, security, infrastructure, and functional requirements. * Ensure all testing efforts are planned, monitored, and executed effectively, and that fundamental activities required by the testing framework are completed in a structured and coherent manner. ***Responsibilities:*** * Design, develop, and execute end-to-end (E2E) and backend automated tests using Cypress. * Execute manual tests and record results in Azure Test Plans. * Design and execute performance tests using JMeter. * Support defining testing strategies and requirement coverage. * Manage and track defects in Azure DevOps. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, planning). * Implement continuous improvement processes and best practices in automation. * Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure software quality. * Support security testing and API validation (SOAP/REST). ***Requirements:*** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst or 1 year as a QA Automation Engineer. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), JIRA, and tools for managing the testing lifecycle. * Basic to Intermediate English proficiency. ***Additional Knowledge:*** * End-to-end (E2E) and backend test automation using Cypress. * Performance testing using JMeter. * Manual testing and test case documentation in Azure Test Plans. * Defect management in Azure DevOps. * Use of Git and GitHub for version control and CI/CD. * Knowledge of security testing (desirable). * Functional understanding of the financial business (desirable). * ISTQB certifications (Foundation Level or Agile Tester preferred). * Familiarity with additional automation frameworks: Serenity, Selenium, Rest\-Assured, Cucumber (desirable). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines: Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar (desirable). * Skills in log analysis and debugging of automated scripts (desirable). * Ability to document test evidence and results (desirable).
