Maintain updated data, documentation, quality standards, timelines, certifications, to deliver optimal and efficient service to clients, enabling accurate preparation of payment statements for timely collection. 1\. Collaborate with supervisors to ensure achievement of specific objectives. 2\. Manage material, human, and financial resources to optimize contract-related costs. 3\. Conduct ongoing analysis and diagnostics of various processes to propose potential improvements to client services, thereby strengthening operational offerings and reducing costs. 4\. Plan, coordinate, and monitor work activities related to task creation, assignment, tracking, and release. 5\. Draft necessary communications and reports promptly to support contract control and management. 6\. Participate in joint contingency planning with supervisors to ensure uninterrupted service operations, always prioritizing occupational prevention and safety. 7\.
