We achieve this by maximizing the value of our assets, working hand-in-hand with our employees, their families, and our community—efficiently utilizing natural resources and embracing sustainable development as our model, thereby ensuring profitability for our shareholders and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** Oversee and manage the planning, control, and procurement of materials, spare parts, and repairable components, ensuring their timely availability to execute short- and long-term maintenance plans, optimizing costs, inventory levels, and replenishment lead times, thereby contributing to operational continuity and achievement of mining operation objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and control the procurement of materials and repairable components, ensuring their availability for short- and long-term maintenance plans. * Manage the lifecycle of repairable components, coordinating shipment, repair, receipt, and redistribution, ensuring traceability and operational continuity. * Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and procurement departments to properly align material requirements with maintenance scheduling. * Control inventory levels based on criticality and projected demand, preventing stockouts and overstocking. * Oversee replenishment processes, repair contracts, and supply agreements, ensuring efficient response times and compliance with standards. * Monitor and control costs associated with materials and repairables (OPEX and CAPEX), ensuring budgetary compliance and management efficiency. * Analyze deviations in consumption, availability, and replenishment lead times, implementing continuous improvement actions and reporting management indicators. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in materials or maintenance management within mining * At least 2 years’ experience leading teams in warehouse or spare parts management areas * Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and repair contracts * Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP PM/MM or similar * Experience in OPEX and CAPEX cost control and budget management * Knowledge of equipment criticality, demand analysis, and replenishment strategies * Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) * Valid Class B driver’s license * Medical fitness compatible with the position **Benefits and Conditions** * 4X3 shift system. * Transportation from company-designated locations. * Access to internal development, leadership, and training programs. * Opportunity to participate in global corporate initiatives and projects.
