Join Ecológica! We are currently seeking our next Maintenance Supervisor, who will be part of the Bottling Services Management team in Temuco, Araucanía Region. The role’s mission is to ensure operational continuity and proper functioning of assigned assets by efficiently planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Facilitate on-site task execution and support implementation or decommissioning processes for assets, ensuring operations align with the organization’s technical and operational objectives. Key responsibilities include: **Perform multifunctional maintenance on trucks, machinery, and containers**, ensuring their proper operation for uninterrupted equipment performance. **Conduct visual and technical diagnostics on equipment**, raising workshop maintenance requests as needed. **Review and manage inspection checklists generated by drivers or technical staff**, scheduling and executing required maintenance actions based on reported findings. **Accurately record and document preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, ensuring traceability of performed work, used spare parts, and associated costs for each work order (WO). **Adequately manage maintenance needs identified on-site or reported by internal and external customers**, responding promptly to fault notifications and ensuring operational continuity of assets. **Support direct procurement or management of required spare parts and materials**, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of necessary resources. **Conduct technical visits to plants located in neighboring regions**, ensuring proper machinery operation from Chillán to Coyhaique. Desirable experience with roll-off equipment or mobile hydraulics. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory). Class A4 or A5 driver’s license (ideal)
