Required knowledge and skills: Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment operation. Proficiency in computer tools: Advanced-level Office suite. Familiarity with AutoCAD and ERP systems (prior experience preferred). Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (not mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and focus on achieving objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the plant's preventive maintenance plan. Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. Establish and enforce safety standards related to equipment, tools, and facilities. Manage service orders for repairs, installations, and maintenance activities. Evaluate supplier alternatives and manage procurement of goods or services related to maintenance. Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures and recommend corrective actions.
