The purpose of this position is to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of substations by executing maneuvers, inspections, and coordinating operational activities in accordance with current procedures and regulations. Key responsibilities include: Operating and coordinating one or more electrical substations; executing operational maneuvers and inspections; supervising on-site work to ensure service quality and continuity; coordinating internal staff and contractors; verifying the functionality of equipment, protection systems, control systems, communications, and monitoring systems; identifying and reporting operational risks, anomalies, or failures; ensuring personnel and asset safety; participating in failure analysis, technical reporting, and operational improvements; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requirements: Technical Superior Degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Instrumentation, or related fields (mandatory); minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical field; valid Class B driver's license (mandatory); intermediate Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of the electrical system and sector regulations; experience with protection, control, and communication equipment; ability to interpret alarms, schematics, and control systems. Desirable: knowledge of SAP, SCADA, automation, high-altitude operations, and first aid.
