Position: Preventive Risk Advisor – MEL Site
Position Purpose: Advise on, implement, and monitor the development, operation, and maintenance of the preventive model in accordance with company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with preventive programs at work sites.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Advise on, monitor, and verify compliance with the preventive program in the GEMBA across all work sites.
Advise on, monitor, and verify correct implementation of health protocols and non-protocolized agents at work sites.
Manage requirements of the preventive management system—both internal and client-related.
Conduct follow-up, verification, and timely reporting on the closure of activities required for SSOMA management to various work site leaders.
Assume SSOMA leadership at work sites during supervisor absence or as otherwise warranted.
**Desired Profile**

Residence in the city of Antofagasta (mandatory requirement).
Professional degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering and active registration with the Chilean Health Authority.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining operations or non-mining operations.
Valid Class B driver’s license.
Knowledge of current environmental legislation in Chile.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
