Opportunity to integrate into an active operation and resolve issues. **Maintenance Operator for Gastronomic Hub** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Maintenance Operator for Gastronomic Hub** to join an operational, dynamic, and semi-industrial environment, supporting the daily proper operation of facilities and operational continuity. We seek a practical, responsible, and solution-oriented individual with general maintenance knowledge and willingness to handle contingencies inherent to an active operation. This role is critical to ensuring the hub operates efficiently during the assigned shift—primarily PM—performing operational support tasks, as well as basic preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure and equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the daily operation of the gastronomic hub, ensuring proper facility functionality. * Address basic requests from internal and external users. * Receive raw materials, supplies, and other elements required for operations. * Coordinate and support operational matters with suppliers when required. * Cover the assigned operational shift, primarily during PM hours. * Promptly report incidents, contingencies, or deviations to the Hub Manager. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Carry out minor repairs on infrastructure and equipment. * Support plumbing, basic electrical work, gastronomic equipment, refrigeration units, ovens, and general infrastructure. * Identify operational or technical failures and propose practical and timely solutions. * Support various hubs as operational needs arise. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, mechanics, industrial technician, or related field is desirable. * At least 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, minor repairs, logistics or industrial operations, maintenance of gastronomic equipment, or work in productive or semi-industrial facilities is desirable. * Knowledge of basic plumbing, basic electricity, maintenance of refrigeration equipment, ovens, gastronomic equipment, infrastructure, and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Class B driver’s license is desirable. * Availability to travel between hubs as required by operational needs. **Candidate Profile** We seek a responsible, proactive, autonomous, and collaborative individual with a practical orientation and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
