Position Purpose: To clear spare parts and components through customs and deliver them to Holdings’ warehouses for commercialization and sale, within a legal and procedural framework, meeting the company’s and market’s required cost and time standards. Responsibilities: - Manage import and customs clearance processes for spare parts and components. - Review and validate customs documentation, applying free trade agreements and tariff benefits. - Coordinate air, maritime, and land import operations with customs agents and logistics operators. - Manage payments of customs duties, international freight, and recovery of tax benefits. - Administer and control import information, costs, and documentation in SAP. - Validate supplier invoices and ensure correct allocation of costs associated with foreign trade operations. - Conduct logistical tracking of shipments and provide internal support on foreign trade matters.
