The Shift IT Support and Operational Continuity position is responsible for executing all functions related to the operational continuity of systems used across terminal areas—both hardware and software—to facilitate first- and second-level user support across various terminal departments during the shift. Main responsibilities include: * Receive requests from the IT help desk and resolve technical assistance issues across the entire IT environment; Levels 1 and 2\. * Install and configure technology to be deployed as equipment on cranes/trucks, yard infrastructure, computer systems, operating systems, programs, and applications. * Maintain security standards, defined user privileges, and services. * Provide user assistance by understanding the problem and its root cause, resolving it, and explaining the issue to team members or the client. Knowledge: * Knowledge of assembly, inspection, and diagnostics of equipment. * Knowledge of information security. * Basic Active Directory administration. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles—not mandatory.
