The selected candidate will be **responsible** for analyzing and coordinating process management and continuous improvement activities for the Product Support Center (e.g., contract profitability, *Balanced Scorecard*, customer claims, processes, etc.), ensuring accurate measurement of each contract’s profitability and providing relevant information for decision-making. In this way, the professional will promote a *systematic and continuous improvement culture* across internal and external processes directly related to delivered services, identifying opportunities for improvement and non-conformities for future control process activities. Accordingly, the employee will effectively oversee efficient administration of financial results, costs, timelines, and established policies across service contracts. The **main responsibilities** of this position are as follows: * Update and maintain the audit structure, including evaluation criteria. * Participate in developing long-term (annual) GAT (GAP Analysis Tool) audit planning and medium-term (semi-annual) scheduling. * Prepare and present audit reports conducted across various mining operations. * Propose improvement projects/plans as part of the audit report, based on deviations identified during audits. * Develop an improvement plan (3W concept: Activity, Responsible Person, Completion Date, SMART objectives) for each selected project/opportunity, jointly with mining contracts, involving other departments and/or personnel where necessary. * Validate and implement the improvement plan per contract, managing execution and compliance. * Analyze results and impact of improvement plans, and correct potential deviations as needed, in collaboration with the contract team. **Requirements: Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * A postgraduate qualification in Maintenance Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement tools is highly desirable. * Minimum **5 years of experience in mining contracts or operations**, in leadership and/or operator roles for **Maintenance Processes**. * Proficiency in **SAP** (ECC, EW, EWM modules), **Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level (Excel)**, and **Power BI**. * Familiarity with safety programs and environmental aspects. * Operational knowledge of the Maintenance Operating Model (MOM). * Intermediate-level proficiency in SIS. * Proficiency in continuous improvement and management tools. * Knowledge of global certification and standardization frameworks (e.g., ISO, CAT, etc.). * Intermediate-level **English language proficiency**. **Internal Candidates Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year in current role with a performance evaluation rating of "Meets Expectations". * Minimum application level: 3B or Technical A. * Must meet all required educational and training qualifications specified in the job profile. * Internal applications will be accepted until Tuesday, June 9, 2026. *"At Finning and its subsidiaries, we are committed to diversity, cultivating and sustaining a varied and inclusive workforce.
