The purpose of this position is to conduct laboratory analyses related to the composition, properties, and chemical and physical reactions of mineral samples, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include sample preparation (e.g., digestions, leaching), verification and recording of results, control of consumables and reagents, and guaranteeing analytical data integrity per established procedures. Candidates must hold a university technical or higher education degree (4 or more semesters) in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry, with at least 5 years of verifiable experience in classical and instrumental analysis in mining. Essential competencies include adherence to good laboratory practices, knowledge of quality standards, and proficiency in analytical techniques applied to minerals.
