Fosters a quality culture and participates in audits. **Job Description** ---------------------- Drive operational excellence by ensuring regulatory compliance and process integrity. Ensure documentary integrity and batch traceability, managing technical records to guarantee auditable and reproducible processes. Proactively prevent defects by identifying deviations and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Promote a quality culture through field inspections, audit support, and facilitating regulatory training for the team. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Intermediate proficiency with digital tools: Microsoft Office, Windows, and Google environment. * Technical or professional education with experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries. * Technological curiosity and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
