At **Papa Johns Chile**, we are looking for a **Training Analyst** to lead the execution of training and development initiatives, fostering the growth of our employees through innovative and business-aligned learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and monitoring training plans and programs—identifying training needs, managing external providers, and evaluating initiative impact—to support talent development and strengthen organizational competencies. **Key Challenges** ------------------------ * Identify and analyze training needs in collaboration with various company departments. * Design and implement in-person, virtual, and hybrid training plans and programs. * Coordinate training activities with internal clients, instructors, and external providers. * Evaluate training impact using KPIs and outcome tracking. * Propose improvements and innovate in learning methodologies, processes, and programs. * Foster a culture of continuous learning across the entire organization. **What We Are Looking For** ------------------ * Professional degree in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational development. * Experience coordinating training programs. * Proficiency in training metrics and intermediate-level Excel skills. * Strong planning, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. * **We Especially Value** ✔️ Knowledge of Training Management and Training Needs Assessment (TNA). ✔️ Experience coordinating providers, OTECs, OTICs, and instructors. ✔️ Proficiency in metrics and reporting. ✔️ Project management experience in training initiatives. ✔️ Effective communication, problem-solving, collaborative work, and internal customer orientation. **Terms & Conditions** --------------- Fixed-term contract (1 month + 2 months), with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term based on performance.
