Process Analysis: Review existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements aligned with organizational goals. Data Analysis: Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. Solution Support: Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and support the implementation of appropriate solutions. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, department heads, and internal teams to clarify requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment of expectations. Testing and Validation: Support user acceptance testing, review proposed solutions against business requirements, and assist in identifying and resolving issues prior to implementation. Documentation: Maintain business requirements, process documentation, user stories, workflows, and other project-related materials in a clear and organized manner. **What We’re Looking For:** Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations analysis, systems analysis, or a related business function. Experience working with cross-functional teams is highly valued. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze information, identify patterns, solve business problems, and translate analytical findings into practical recommendations. Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Jira, or similar analysis and project management tools is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain business requirements and analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
