With \+18 years of experience, \+300 Class-A talents, \+7 pet-friendly offices, and 95% of our clients being repeat customers, our dream is to lead the new era of communication in LatAm. **Who We’re Looking For:** WILD FI is looking for a **Sr. Influencer Manager** to join the **Social** team in **Las Condes**, **Santiago de Chile.** **What You’ll Do:** * Lead the Influencer Managers team, defining priorities and account assignments. * Define strategy for key accounts. * Lead strategic proposals and pitches. * Identify commercial opportunities and new projects. * Lead high-complexity negotiations with talents and representatives. * Approve budgets and resource allocation. * Coordinate with Data, Strategy, and Creative teams. * Design career development plans, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations. * Drive process and standards improvements within the area. **Who You Are:** * You have at least 5 years of experience in advertising agencies, with a focus on digital marketing or PR. * You hold a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. * You possess knowledge of social media management, including platforms, influencers, content formats, and performance metrics. * You are results-oriented and capable of making strategic decisions based on analysis. * You are skilled at creating presentations and have excellent oral communication abilities to present ideas with charisma and presence. * You are organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and curious — always seeking to add value to every challenge. * You have experience coordinating projects and/or resources (not mandatory). **What We Offer:** ***A Place to Grow Your Career:*** At WILD FI, we strongly emphasize objective-driven work.
