Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. **Confidential** August 17, 2026 ### **Uncategorized** #### **Key Points** PUERTO MONTT Shifts To be agreed upon Indefinite term Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** **Oxygenation Systems Supervisor** =========================================== A prominent aquaculture company seeks to hire an **Oxygenation Systems Supervisor**, who will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of oxygenation-related systems and equipment at aquaculture sites. ### **Job Objective** Supervise the operation, maintenance, and availability of oxygenation systems, ensuring operational continuity, proper equipment functionality, and compliance with the company’s established technical and safety standards. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the operation and functioning of oxygenation systems at aquaculture sites. * Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial equipment. * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding maintenance, repairs, and projects. * Monitor technical requirements, resources, and materials necessary for operational continuity. * Develop and monitor maintenance plans and projects related to oxygenation systems. * Generate technical and progress reports on executed activities. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions aimed at optimizing equipment operation and availability. * Supervise fieldwork and verify compliance with technical, operational, and safety standards. * Coordinate activities considering the needs and specific characteristics of various aquaculture sites. * Maintain ongoing communication with all departments involved in operations. ### **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Chemical Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering**, or a related field. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in roles related to maintenance, operations, industrial systems, or oxygenation. * Experience in **industrial equipment maintenance**. * Aquaculture industry experience or field operations experience is desirable. * Knowledge of maintenance planning and monitoring. * Ability to prepare reports and monitor projects. * Availability to work on a 5x2 shift (field-based) ### **Job Requirements** Professional degree in Chemical Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in roles related to maintenance, operations, industrial systems, or oxygenation.
