Our employees are the driving force behind our success, which is why we invest in and support you in: your life...with rewards, benefits, and flexibility to enhance your health and well-being your career...with opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and unlock your full potential your connections...with an inclusive team committed to our communities Everything is here for you...let’s Create Your **Possibilities** * Determine base paint quantities required to achieve the color requested by customers. * Produce colors according to catalog formulas using manual or automatic machines or instruments required for matching customer-provided samples. * Meet agreed-upon deadlines with customers and Store Manager for delivery of requested colors. * Record base paint consumption used in color preparation, as well as concentrates, boxes, and containers. * Receive and dispatch goods to customers, Head Office, and/or stores/locations per purchase order and/or delivery note. * Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring optimal product display and correct pricing and promotional signage, in coordination with the Counter Sales Representative. * Enter data into the appropriate computer system for tracking store inventory movements (sales, dispatches, stock replenishment, colorant consumption, losses, container changes, and internal transfers). * Conduct selective or general inventory counts together with other staff, as instructed by the company. * Maintain inventory stock levels to ensure optimal store operation, placing replenishment orders under direct supervisor oversight. * Serve in-store customers according to their needs, providing technical advice for appropriate product selection (pre- and post-sale), and ensuring timely fulfillment of commitments regarding delivery schedules, products, and dispatches in compliance with the quality management system; additionally entering quotations into the system. * Understand and identify channel competitors and their products within your area of responsibility. * Complete training programs established by the company as part of the annual training plan. Minimum 2 years of general sales experience; preferably 3 years in chemical product sales. Experience in hardware stores and retail outlets. Preferably, experience as a paint promoter and/or in warehouse operations. Knowledge of colorimetry (Desirable) Physical capability to handle products, commitment to quality and order, initiative, adherence to regulations, creativity, and tolerance for working under pressure. **Personal Skills:** * Customer service orientation * Pressure tolerance and conflict resolution * Strong communication skills. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Oracle * Microsoft Office 365 tools **Required Education:** * Completed Secondary Education
