Because together we can transform the experience of our patients and communities, we are seeking our: ***Journalism Intern*** **Your mission will be** To design and support the implementation of internal communication plans and campaigns targeted at the medical staff, strengthening alignment, engagement, and dissemination of the organization’s strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct a diagnostic assessment of current internal communication channels directed at the medical staff. * Design strategic internal communication plans and campaigns. * Draft informative, clear, and strategically oriented content for various internal audiences. * Support coordination and liaison with the institution’s diverse clinical and communications departments. * Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of executed communication activities. **Requirements** * Final-year student in Journalism. * Excellent writing skills and knowledge of internal communication strategies. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and social media management. * Strong effective communication skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and sensitivity to the clinical context. * Prior participation in university projects, student media, or internal communication initiatives will be valued (non-exclusive). **Work Modality** * Hybrid.
