Invitation We are seeking a Social Management Intern — an organized, empathetic, and service-oriented individual eager to contribute to the well-being of our employees! Position Objective To provide administrative, social, and operational support to the People Management Department, ensuring timely assistance to employees, proper administration of benefits, and efficient execution of corporate activities. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Reviewing, organizing, and maintaining employee databases. Filing and controlling confidential documentation. Assisting in drafting internal communications related to benefits. Coordinating schedules and tracking requests. Internal Stakeholder Assistance Providing guidance to employees on current benefits and programs. Receiving and routing social inquiries. Supporting initial social interviews under supervision. Tracking cases referred to the department. Benefits Management Assisting with enrollment, registration, and promotion of internal and external benefits. Coordinating with external entities and internal teams (compensation funds, agreements, etc.). Updating records of granted benefits. Onboarding New Hires Presenting corporate benefits. Answering questions related to social management. Coordination and Support for Corporate Activities Logistical coordination for corporate birthdays, benefits fairs, booths, internal celebrations, among others. Massage Program Supporting daily registration, accounting control, and payment management.
