With over 160\.000 employees worldwide, we are the largest human workforce in the sector. **We’re Hiring Talent at Prosegur Security!** We are currently seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively supervising, coordinating, and monitoring operations within their assigned geographical zone—based on designated facilities—while maintaining direct and efficient communication with both internal and external clients. Additionally, the role involves empowering the work team to achieve established objectives, as well as effectively managing and implementing continuous improvement measures in processes, thereby guaranteeing the security of people, facilities, and assets under our custody—with the professionalism and integrity that define us. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** * Periodically identify and report personnel needs at assigned facilities. * Supervise and control field services in accordance with inspection plans and defined standards. * Maintain direct relationships with clients to ensure service quality and fulfillment of commitments. * Manage staff shifts, attendance, incident logs, and vacation schedules. * Administer operational and material resources, ensuring efficient usage. * Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of staff, correcting deviations as appropriate. * Control and maintain legal and operational documentation for each facility. * Manage payroll-related information and perform salary settlements and reporting deliveries. * Implement, sustain, and supervise integrated security projects—including electronic systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection). * Identify vulnerabilities, respond to emergencies, and prepare timely incident or accident reports. **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in supervisory or operational team coordination roles (mandatory). * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Approved Security Supervisor course (requirement). * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with the VIGIA system is desirable. * Knowledge of data networks, structured cabling, and electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection). * Availability to work under Article 22\. * Flexibility to work both onsite and in the office. **What Can You Expect at Prosegur Security?** * The strength and backing of a multinational company with decades of experience in Chile. * A truly purpose-driven role: every day you protect people, facilities, and businesses. * A career development plan and ongoing internal training in private security. * Corporate benefits: life insurance, uniforms, training, and more. **Do You Identify With This Challenge?** Then we look forward to your application—and to welcoming you to Prosegur Security! * Commitment to Non-Discrimination: At Prosegur Chile, we promote diversity and inclusion.
