At Culligan Chile, we are seeking a Billing Assistant to join our Finance team in Las Condes. This role will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, timely, and high-quality billing process, contributing to the smooth operation of a service-oriented business with high standards. What will be your main responsibilities? ✔ Issue invoices, credit notes, and other tax-related documents. ✔ Validate purchase orders, commercial terms, and tax documentation. ✔ Manage re-billing, price adjustments, and tax regularization. ✔ Resolve internal and external customer requests and tickets. ✔ Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Operations, and Collections to ensure process continuity. ✔ Prepare reports and propose improvements to optimize departmental operations. **We are looking for candidates who have:** ✅ Technical or professional education in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. ✅ At least 2 years of experience in billing processes. ✅ Knowledge of issuing tax documents (DTE), credit notes, and rejection management. ✅ Experience using billing ERP systems and intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills. ✅ Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and excellent communication skills.
