Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage commercial activities, provide customer service and follow-up, and administer sales in an on-site environment. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-departmental coordination for service execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and service contracts. * Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives set by Management. * **Customer Service and Follow-up** * Manage and track customer-generated tickets, ensuring proper handling of their requests. * Coordinate with technical and laboratory departments to ensure correct execution of committed services. * Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve inquiries or complaints. * **Administrative Management** * Maintain up-to-date customer information, quotations, and ticket statuses in internal systems. * Generate commercial management reports and weekly sales progress reports. * Participate in commercial and internal coordination meetings. * **Promotion and Dissemination** **3\. Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technician or graduate in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Office skills and commercial writing. **4\.
