Valid Environmental Inspector authorization is mandatory A prominent technology services company for the mining industry, with presence across multiple national projects, is currently seeking a: ### ***PLANNING ANALYST WITH VALID ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTOR AUTHORIZATION*** Position Objective To plan, schedule, coordinate, and control operational and maintenance activities of IT/OT technological services at mining sites, ensuring proper resource allocation, adherence to work programs, and operational continuity under high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Main Responsibilities* Thoroughly understand the operation of IT/OT technological services in mining (networks, telecommunications, critical systems). * Plan and schedule weekly and daily activities (+1 and +2), ensuring correct task prioritization. * Manage operational requirements originating from field personnel, supervisors, and clients. * Prepare, administer, and track Work Orders (WO), defining required resources, timelines, and materials. * Coordinate activity execution among technical teams, supervisors, Contract Owners, and support areas. * Participate in shift start-up and close-out meetings, reviewing progress, deviations, and rescheduling. * Monitor contractual operational capacity and optimize resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with client and TRES60 safety, quality, and procedural standards. * Monitor compliance with operational and contractual KPIs. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (progress, deviations, compliance). * Manage information in planning and maintenance platforms (ServiceNow, Maximo, Planner, MasterPlanning, or others). * Support operational continuity management, risk control, and continuous improvement. * Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation.
