At **Peravia Engineering and Operational Solutions**, we are looking for an **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist** to join our team in Coquimbo. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and health programs, conducting inspections, identifying risks, and collaborating across departments to maintain safe working conditions aligned with established procedures. We seek an organized, proactive, and prevention-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with operational teams. Key Responsibilities * Identify hazards and assess risks in operational activities. * Conduct periodic safety inspections of facilities and work areas. * Support the implementation of risk prevention programs. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and standards. * Prepare reports, records, and documentation related to occupational safety. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions. * Support root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions. * Deliver safety talks, inductions, and training sessions. * Maintain up-to-date risk matrices and preventive records. * Participate in internal audits and safety reviews. * Track observations and action plans. * Coordinate preventive activities with supervisors and operational teams. * Review conditions of use for personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support compliance with procedures related to contractors and suppliers. * Monitor occupational safety and health indicators. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to prevention and safety. Requirements * Technical or professional degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or a related field. * Prior experience in risk prevention, occupational safety, industrial safety, or similar roles. * Knowledge of Chilean regulations related to occupational safety and health. * Ability to conduct inspections and risk assessments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. * Ability to prepare reports and maintain organized documentation. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work with operational and administrative teams. * Attention to detail and a prevention-oriented mindset. You do not need to meet 100% of the requirements. If you have relevant experience in occupational safety and a solid foundation in risk prevention, we want to learn about your profile. Preferred Qualifications * Valid registration as a risk prevention expert, where applicable to the position level. * Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, maintenance, logistics, or operations environments. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health management systems. * Experience participating in safety audits. * Familiarity with ISO 45001\. * Experience in incident investigation. * Knowledge of IPER matrices or hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies. * Experience delivering training and inductions. * Familiarity with Ministry of Health protocols related to occupational risks. * Experience working with contractors and external companies. Salary: $750\.000 \- $1\.300\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
