About the Role
**BIS Accounting Systems and Business Management** seeks a **Business Analyst** to join our team in **Los Ángeles, Biobío Region**.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing processes, requirements, and improvement opportunities across various organizational areas—converting business needs into clear, measurable, and results-oriented proposals.
You will work closely with **finance, accounting, operations, technology, administration, and commercial management** teams to understand current processes, identify gaps, and support the implementation of improvements.

* Prepare diagrams, process flows, and functional documentation.
* Coordinate meetings with internal users to understand needs.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes.
* Track projects and action plans.
* Prepare management reports and KPIs.
* Analyze data to support recommendations and decisions.
* Coordinate with technical teams for solution validation.
* Support functional testing and user acceptance processes.
* Document implemented procedures and changes.
* Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
* Support management control processes and financial analysis.
* Track incidents and pending requirements.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare executive presentations and supporting documentation.
* Perform other duties related to business and process analysis.
Requirements
* **3–5 years of experience** in business analysis, processes, management control, systems, or related fields.
* Prior experience as a **Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Functional Analyst**, or similar role.
* Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and Microsoft Office.
* Experience using **ERP, CRM, business process management tools, or enterprise platforms** is highly valued.
* Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with data and metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical users.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary: $850\.000 \- $1\.500\.000 per month
