Today, we are looking for a Labor Relations Analyst who wants to take on a key role supporting various company departments, actively participating in union management, labor mediation, and compliance with current regulations. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s proper compliance with labor regulations, participating in strategic and operational processes related to unions, labor inspections, and internal labor management. Main Responsibilities Represent the company before labor inspection agencies and labor proceedings. Manage union relations and union requests. Participate in collective bargaining processes and implementation of agreements. Advise various departments on labor and legal matters. Manage internal investigations and labor complaints. Prepare labor indicator reporting and tracking. Manage files, fines, inspections, and legal documentation. Raise alerts and identify opportunities for improvement in labor compliance. What are we looking for? A graduate professional in Human Resources, Law, Administration, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in labor relations or labor management. Knowledge of labor legislation and union processes. Intermediate proficiency in Office applications. Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative work skills. High analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation.
