Develop efficient solutions for maintenance and technical improvements. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Technical Services Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance, technical support, and equipment and facility upgrades in industrial settings. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ operational continuity by coordinating technical teams and developing efficient solutions for industrial and agro-industrial environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the technical team responsible for services and maintenance. * Plan preventive, corrective, installation, and technical improvement tasks. * Coordinate resources, tools, spare parts, and suppliers for each service. * Supervise task execution, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Diagnose technical issues and coordinate timely solutions to minimize downtime. * Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding service requirements and priorities. * Monitor performance indicators, costs, and service compliance. * Prepare technical reports and report progress and results to management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering**, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in technical services, maintenance, or industrial projects. * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating fieldwork. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation. * Proficiency in Excel and management tools. * Availability for on-site visits and technical support. * Leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
