Operational Monitoring: Supervise production, packaging, and dispatch workflows, guaranteeing continuity of production lines and performance of technological equipment. Shift and Personnel Management: Lead staff shift handovers, establish period priorities, and manage attendance requirements or overtime. Logistics and Maintenance Support: Coordinate with the technical department to execute urgent repairs and support management in internal equipment distribution.
