Continuous improvement of Red Team processes and methodologies **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate Red Team operations through initiative management, access control, documentation, and support for offensive testing. Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of Red Team initiatives by managing project management tools, documentation, and activities associated with offensive security exercises. Support offensive testing management by coordinating access, documentation, technical sessions, prioritization, and any pre\-requisites required for exercise execution. Collaborate on standardization and continuous improvement of Red Team management processes, methodologies, and practices—including development and maintenance of management information, metrics, reports, and other organizational processes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in: Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or Executive Computer Engineering * Knowledge of security assessment lifecycle and core offensive security disciplines. * Project management knowledge and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Proficiency in management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office or equivalents) * Preferred: Basic to intermediate English proficiency * Experience in managing and coordinating technology or cybersecurity initiatives This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Join our team and be part of Falabella’s transformation: 1\.
